My chair review is from a smaller size person (5'2"), so please keep that in mind.Rating Chair...Pros:1. Quality material that feels great sitting on.2. Plenty of lumbar and back support, with more then ample hip room to get comfortable in.3. The faux leather matches the real leather seamlessly. You can't tell which is the real leather and the faux leather.4. Leg rest is fully covered when reclined, and the bottom few inches tilt up to give you a foot rest support.5. Heat is a nice extra perk in this chair.6. 2 cup holders and 2 deep armrest pockets (with soft closing hinges) are a perfect size to store a large 12" tablet... plus extras.7. Power headrest really makes this a supportive relaxing recliner in any position.8. Air massaging feature verses mechanical hard type was a plus for me. Not loud at all!9. Function buttons and USB port are located at the inside, instead of on the outside, making it easier to reach when fully reclined.Cons:1. Reclining isn't really zero gravity compared with other zero gravity chairs I've sat in. It doesn't lay fully flat either, so it's an in-between type of reclining chair.2. While I love the air message feature, I wish it had more function options, ie: message area choice, pressure/message type, and time. It's nice for a gentle pushing type massage, it's not like a shiatsu massage.3. For me, the message hits just below my shoulder blades and not my shoulder muscles. For someone taller, I'd think it would not get your full back.4. The USB port is also a nice convenience. The problem is when fully reclined, the seat covers it. To overcome this problem, I got a right angle adapter.5. There is only one USB port and no 110 outlet. For the price of the chair, I'd think it should have at least one of those extra perks.Rating Amazon...The first one I received was damaged, only noticeable after I assembled it.Getting it replaced was a real pain in the butt.Amazon wouldn't replace it.I had to purchase a second chair (before getting a refund). Then schedule the delivery, and get the first one scheduled for a return with the delivery company (I had to disassemble and put it back into the original box). Not until the damaged chair was picked up, did I get a refund.Overall, I love my chair and would recommend it!

I needed a new recliner and I did some shopping around. I found this recliner at Naval Base San Diego Exchange on sale for $1,800 with a sale sign saying 20% off. I Googled the chair and found it on Amazon and even with California sales tax added it was $350 cheaper than at the Exchange.Putting the recliner together was easy and took about 20 minutes and I needed no tools. After unwrapping the recliner I place the base where I wanted it. I cut the zip ties holding the wires and positioned them to where it would be easy to connect them to the back rest. The back rest tracks slid into the two prongs and locked in place. I connected the wires and everything was operating as advertised.The seating is very firm, which I like, as are the arm rests. The storage under the arm rests are deeeeep and hold a lot. The three controls for reclining are simple rocker switches. One raises and lowers the leg rests, seat, and back. The second raises and lowers the head rest. The third controls the heat and massage.The pros are:Seating and back rest are comfortable.Arm rest storage are very deep.Control location handy.Two cup holders are deep and wide enough to hold just about any drink container without spilling when chair reclines.The three-massage features isn't a vibrator but uses air bags to "knead" and massage your middle and lower back. It will push on your lumbar area stretching it but afterward it feels great.USB port in front of the controls.The cons are:No option for high or low heat control.No option for which massage feature (steady, pulse, and wave) to use.No way to release the recliner if the power goes out.Overall, I like this chair and would recommend it to anyone.

Love this chair. Found it at Ashley furniture and was going to order it. Looked here first and glad I did. Saved over $1000. The quality of the chair is great. I do wish there was some more padding on the back when fully reclined. You can feel the massager. I do not recall that in the store. Next big gripe is the leg section, it doesn't lift high. It's kind of always down unless fully reclined. Other recliners lift your legs more to allow you to sink into the seat. Wish this was like that, maybe it's supposed to be and mine is broke?

$9000 Furniture set and it freakin' squeaks when reclining or returning to position. What a joke, people can even hear in when on the phone. Spoke to the Ashley store and they suggested a ROUTINE treatment of leather conditioner. Well I hate to say ROUTINE means often as works for a SHORT period of time. They assert it is the humidity. BOLGNA it's a design flaw.

My chair arrived about 6 days early. The recliner is very comfortable. It was easy to assemble right out the box. Heavy and strong with good support. Well worth the price. Bought mine on sale for about $600 less than Ashley showroom and got free delivery. The guys brought in inside for me. The heat and message feature work great. I love the long feet rest while reclined. This is a big heavy chair for tall Men. I am 6'2, 220lb. I have plenty of room. I love everything about this chair so far. Been looking for months and finallyfound the right one.

Look the look purchase these primarily because of the heat and massage option. I’m sure they’ll get a little bit more comfortable. As of right now they’re a little stiff delivery went OK though I can’t say Amazon drivers are a little bit more pleasant I got the two chairs delivered from Amazon, then other companies that Amazon contracts out to deliver I got the matching sofa and that came from a different delivery company and that shipping in delivery was horrible and obviously no one seems to care about that sofa set that cost so much money I would think that there would be a little bit more attention to detail

Bought recliners based on reviews for being good for tall people. It is not…..very uncomfortable

Easy to assemble. Great comfortable chair!
