The first one I ordered had welds break lose on the lid. Called customer service. Had a replacement before I returned the first one with no bickering...just OUTSTANDING service. If the welding of the stiffener on the lid is done better, then I will be getting 3 or 4 more.

For what you pay for it’s an alright toolbox. About the only one I could find to maximize the space I had. The box did arrive with a damaged corner and the lid was bent as well. I see what other reviewers mean when they say it’s kinda flimsy but for an Amazon toolbox what can you expect. If it was packaged better I feel like the damage could’ve been avoided

Lightweight and good quality super cheap price.

Lid is dented and handles were already rusted they just delivered it today…… 100% would not waste my money on this again. What kind of seller would send out an item that is already in poor condition.Update: 01/14/2025. Customer service was excellent and sent out a new one no cost to me literally received it in two days. Downside the box they sent still had rust on handles and had damage on lid but not as severe on last one. Pros this box is extremely light weight. I got two for price of one of the first on was at half its price it would be what I expect to pay however the value is not there for me just for the one paid $180ish in case price changed $90 worth it $180 not worth it I got 2 for $180 so for me the price was worth build quality

I was going to provide a 5-star rating until I needed customer service. I lost the keys (in the first 10 minutes) of receiving the toolbox. 100% my fault.I reached out to YITAMOTOR customer service and stated it was my fault that I lost the keys and would like to purchase a replacement.The response I received from YITAMOTOR was to contact Amazon to return the toolbox.I am very dispositioned in such a rude response. I cannot believe that YITAMOTOR cannot put a key in an envelope, mail to me, and charge me a fee.

The media could not be loaded. The general quality of the box is what I expected at this price point, but I wish it functioned completely as advertised. Unfortunately, it does not lock properly, lid doesn't automatically open, and the sliding tool box sides are not welded as shown in the stock photos.Mine does not want to lock unless I push the lid in one direction while turning the key. I believe this damage occurred during shipping, as the box arrived in pretty bad shape. Although there are no clear damage marks, the box is out of square. I believe this out of square may also be reason the lid doesn't automatically open. You have to push the lid up, and then it opens very quickly, shaking back and forth when it reaches the top. I fear this aggressive opening will wear out the three hinges. The weather stripping across the lid is not much. Just enough to keep it from rattling when driving.Additionally, the internal sliding tool box sides are just bent over metal and are not welded like they are shown in the stock photos.
