This absolutely helps me with my sporting activities.

These work well for what I needed but the picture made them look wider. Don't get me wrong, they are still a good value & product.

it feels pretty good, once you get it high enough on the upper arm. But putting it on is rather difficult.

I had to return two items before a satisfactory item was despatched. The first, because the sleeve was too short, so it's a bit hit and miss when estimating the size. The second item was returned because the flexible metal support strips were missing from the fabric pockets (hence the four stars instead of five), so do check. Returns were carried out easily, payment was credited swiftly, and in each case replacement items were despatched within a couple of days. On receipt of the third item, I can happily say that it fits well, and does the job by providing the support to the upper arm exactly where needed, and the velcro tensioners can be adjusted for maximum comfort. I'll be ordering an extra one soon.

I have tennis elbow and I read the reviews about this product they were very good I ordered it and I have been wearing it for three days now it has helped a great deal the pain i s still there but it is bearable and it doesn't stop me from doing anything i would recommend it janette lawrie

My tricep was torn but I could not use this support as it needs two hands to be able to tighten it enough. Needs another person to help fix it in place.Good quality though

Got this for an upper arm problem and it has provided good support on several long drives. The small size fits well and it is comfortable. Very pleased as had previously had issues when driving any distance.
