These are for the 3O - got these by mistake. I wanted to get the 90 instead which we usually do, which is better for the money.Apparently, these are for the 90 amount review too, so here is for that one.My mother uses this product. And I get them for her since she is not tech-savvy. We get these from here before it is cheaper than what she gets from the pharmacy as she can only get 30 for the same price she is getting the 90 here. So it's a bargain.

I had iron issues from heavy periods and a miscarriage . I couldn't keep my iron in a normal range . I tried over the counter iron pills I was taking 3 a day and it helped a little but caused constipation . Taking integra has helped so much . Taking one integra pill a day and one over the counter has raised my iron levels with no constipation or side effects .

This product was for my 70y/o mom who constantly suffers from low iron. she was weak and within the first three days all was great.Thanks

I ordered these on doctor recommendation. The Amazon description does not list the fact that the capsule has food dye FD&C Red No. 40, FD&C Blue No. 1. Would have liked a clear list of ingredients. Because I opened the bottle, I cannot return. I cannot take them with the food dye in them. Please list the fact that this supplement contains FD&C Red No. 40, FD&C Blue No. 1 for those who need to avoid food dyes.

My Dr recomanded to take this product with 500 mg vitamin c. Boosted my iron and no constipation!

Works well. Not quite as expensive as other brands I have purchased.

If your doctor gives you a prescription for this, insurance will not pay as it is considered a "Supplement". We found this out the hard way. Then, I looked on Amazon, and it was much cheaper. So pleased that Amazon carries this product.Now about the product: It does the job well, if you take one pill a day (with a little something to eat if it bothers your stomach). However, not to be graphic, like all iron supplements, it can be a bit constipating. Some prune juice should help. That being said, it is the best product I have discovered for blood loss from any medical condition.
