Works Great
Does exactly what you'd expect it to do. The software is super easy to use too.

Issues
Broke within three months, cable went bad to end of arm. Wanted me to send it back to China for repairs and declare it as low value - UPS shipping quote was $300. Finally got them to ship me replacement part but was a struggle to install and robot is still having issues. Thinking I just got a defective one.

Good enough to not return
While there is some benefit due to the different options, the overall quality of the product is pretty mediocre. The 3d printing head is very mediocre - if you are looking to get into 3d printing this is really not a good "version" of the process. The high quality profile in CuraForUarm prints at .06mm, whereas with the uArm Swift Pro it checks in at .3mm. I didn't screw up the decimal point. When I used the gripper it couldn't pick up my keys without dropping them a few inches up, it is just too weak. The suction cup does a good job but actually was too strong for the task I needed, and upon checking with the vendor I found that there is no way to control the flow rate, so I have to rig a valve in to bleed off some the air. If something is "Open-Source" I think it should be possible to access important variables like this, and an answer of "not possible" isn't helpful. The pins for connecting the suction module are placed in a very poor position also - tucked into the back of the arm. But if you mount this arm to something it is very hard to plug anything in. You really need to kind of rotate the whole arm. Annoying. If you are doing conceptual stuff / building models of what a real 3d ARM would do this will work, which is why I am not returning it. But if you are looking to do meaningful stuff with the accessories (did not try the engraver) or want it to perform an actual task I don't think you'll be happy with this one overall.

The price too high not worth it to buy.
Nice , but the price is too high for something like this. Not worth to pay this much amount for something very simple.

Good arm for custom programming.
Doesn’t really work a total 180 degree area. Due the a wire in the back it really is like 160 degrees of movement. This was a little upsetting but I’ll work through it.Otherwise seems like a great arm. I have a project in mind for mass producing an item that this is going to be used.

Fine play arm but not useful for any real aplications
Very bad precession and repeatability. Extremely weak. Requires restart to regain position.
