Very unrealistic. Wasn't expecting anything special but this is useless for practicing injections to get a real feel for it.

Not very impressed
Used for needle puncture practice. The material is not very skin like and borders on being too plastic. The "Skin" is quite thick and is fairly difficult to penetrate. Not the worst, but far from the best.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work. Tried to clean it and it wouldn’t go back together and then would leak each time you used it to practice injections.
