Hello, we currently do not offer our Traffic Paint in Red. Although we do offer this in White however, it is currently out of stock.

Q: Would this product (yellow) adhere to a steel cattle guard?

Thanks for reaching out. We have not performed testing on steel and cannot advise that this product be used on such a surface.

Q: Will this paint in black cover unwanted white lines?

What is it you want to know? The white lines on the container are a sample of a crossing only! You can pick between several colors but each is only ONE color - not unwanted white stripes using black paint. Good luck, Klaus

Q: will this paint stick to latex water based and/or oil based paints?and does it come already reflective to light or do you need to add something to it?

I painted it over fresh wood, so I'm not sure on the first part. We were doing new signs for the campground where I work. Concerning reflectiveness, you do have to add something to get it to be truly reflective. It stands out really well as a bright white, but it is not truly reflective without additive.
