Good noodles for a stir fry
I like these noodles for a tofu and vegetable stir fry. They're tasty and go well under any stir fry sauce.

I didn’t like these as they only cook 4 minutes and despite stirring and trying to separate many stay clumped in 2 or more so must throw those out after cooking as hard and uncooked after cooking time.
