Why didn’t I know there was flavored l-glutamine!!???? This is delicious and I was so over taking the unflavored one because I believed it had one and it was like a sour or bitter taste and I couldn’t wait to finish it. But this one is it, I take it in the morning and it is delicious!

I’ve been using this L-Glutamine powder from Nutricost for a few weeks and it’s been a great addition to my post-workout routine. The fruit punch flavor is really good — not too artificial or overpowering — and it mixes easily with water. I’ve noticed faster recovery and less muscle soreness since adding it in. Citric Acid - a no no for those with IC
The citric acid preservative is wreaking havoc on my IC....looking for an alternative without all these preservatives!!!!
