Great for long-term travel gym goer
These work great. I’m a digital nomad and have been traveling for 7 months with a carry-on backpack. So I was looking for something to help with my grip that take up minimal space. These do the job. Wish they sold them in single pairs but other than that, great product.

Excellent for pull-ups
There's not much to say about these. You get 4. They're great for making pull-ups non-slip. I do my pull-ups after running and my hands are always sweaty. I have no issues when I use these pads.

Not a good product. Counter productive.
Not a good product AT ALL. Grips on one side but slick on the other. This is pointless. I can’t get a solid grip with these “grips”. Both sides need to have grip ability. It just slides in my hand. Returned.

Not grippy on both sides smooth on one side
I don’t know why these have a smooth side they should be grippy on both sides. It would make more sense to have a grip to put towards the dumbbell and one for you to hold on the other side. I should have done my research and not ordered this product. But it’s too expensive to return so I’ll keep it and make the most of it at least I got four in a box.
