JLT Cold Air Intake (2018-2019 F-150/Raptor 3.5L & 2.7L EcoBoost) No tuning required

Installed on my 2018 F150 XLT W/2.7l ecoboost. Already had an aftermarket intercooler over twice the the stock size, & the larger diameter aluminum tubing. Was hesitant to buy a cai for this truck because the factory air system is already decent, but went ahead & got this one just because. I gotta say it looks awesome under the hood, & certainly gives the tiny 2.7l a much deeper roar when the petal is mashed down. I think it probably gained some horsepower also but no cai of any kind is gnna make soo much difference that u actually feel it in the seat. It's not like you swapped gears in the rear end, of course, but most likely did add some amount of extra hp & torque. Good product, excellent quality, & super easy to install for almost anyone. Wud absolutely recommend the jlt cold air intakes on most vehicles, have had em on all my mustang's & f150's to date & they are top notch & usually provide the most gains of all the many many makers of cai's around nowadays.

It was very easy to install! It looks awesome! And it has a nice low end growl. You can definitely hear the turbos more but it's not so loud that it's annoying. The radio easily drowns it out. I feel like the truck pulls a little harder. I'm sure it would be night and day paired with a good tune. Overall I'm very happy with this intake. I also added JLT's catch can and a boomba racing blow-off valve adapter.

Easy install in my 2020 f150 3.5l. Love the sound and power change.
