Q: Hi, anyone with issues where ui menu > lte causes router to restart? dodgy firmware?

Hi We haven't had any reported rebooting issues when accessing the LTE section within the web gui. Can you please try a firmware upgrade for us to confirm. Below are the steps. 1. Download and save the firmware file to location on your PC (link below) https://www.zcomax.co.uk/files/attachments/200/O220%20LTE%20Outdoor%20Router%20firmware_beta_20190626 2. Download and save the firmware upgrade guide to a location on your PC (link below) https://www.zcomax.co.uk/files/attachments/200/How%20to%20upgrade%20the%20firmware%20and%20setup%20IP%20passthrough%20mode%20on%20the%20ODU_1.pdf 3. Follow the firmware upgrade guide (you can discard the IP passthrough section at the end of the guide) Once reflashed, rebooted and reset back factory default settings, let us know if the same issue occurs. If it does, can you provide us with the steps/procedure you have performed, that makes the device reboot, so we can try and replicate it here. Thanks
