Excellent Safety Razor Set. Very High Quality Razor & Brush
I started shaving with safety razors last year as I was fancied growing a beard again & wanted a precise way to shape my beard to give it nicely defined lines with a smooth close shave where I did not want facial hair.I have tried using a cartridge razor to do this at first, but I found that due to the design of cartridge razors that it was quite tricky to get a well defined & neatly shaped beard line.So I decided try using safety razors as a lot of people recommended them for being the closest shave they have ever had & the easiest way to keep a well shaped/sculpted beard line next to a straight razor.I decided to give it a go & the first safety razor I purchased was the Wilkinson Sword Classic Double Edge Safety Razor set I spotted in a local store, which I must admit I was fairly impressed with & loved the smooth clean shave it produced, which was superior to any cartridge razor I had ever used.I must admit there is a bit of a learning curve to shaving with a safety razor as you have to learn essential techniques to get the best shave possible such as ensuring you are shaving at the right angle of each section of your face to ensure you shaving with the grain & not against it, pulling your skin taught to allow the blade to best glide over your face, how lather up your shaving soap properly for ensure you get a smooth shave. But it all comes fairly quickly. After owning my Wilkinson Sword set for a while, I decided I wanted to invest in a more high quality safety shaving kit & decided to go for this one by Haryali London, which comes complete with Safety Razor with 5 blades, badger hair brush, soap bowl with 1 soap & alum pencil.I've only had one shave with it which was after I got home from work, but I'm already highly impressed with the set & this has given me the closest, smoothest shave I have ever had.The safety razor & brush are very high quality. The razor itself is made with a high quality aluminium handle which is nice shape to it with a zinc allow head & has a really nice weight to it which makes it very comfortable to hold giving really nice control. Similar the shaving brush handle is made with the same material & the bristles are very soft which makes lathering up your face very light work. The soap bowl & made of stainless steel which is deep enough to make whipping up a nice lather with your shaving brush a doddle especially with the soap provided which feels has a nice texture it, allow I will probably experiment with some different brands. Having said this though the soap provided certainly lathers up easier than Wilkinson Swords own brand, which was really hard work. The shave this set gives is very, very smooth & you barely have to apply any pressure as once you get the angle correct on each section, the blade makes easy work of any hair growth that you want to shave. Personally, I gave myself a 2 pass shave as I find that gives the closest shave, but some people will be happy with just 1 & some might even do a 3 pass just to be sure. But which ever way you go, I guarantee you will be happy with the resulting shave. One thing to note to is to make sure to soak the bristles of your brush in luke warm water for a couple of minutes & give them a bit of a gentle squeeze to get rid of excess water before lathering up your soap for best results. Then once you are finished, give the brush a like towel dry & then give the bristles a little gentle blow with a hairdryer to fluff the bristles back up. Ensure not to put the hairdryer on to hot or too close to them as this might not to best for the bristles. I find this gives the best results for getting the best lather from your soap & preserving the bristles.Definitely a recommended set!

Nice
Bought as a gift. Looks good quality. I've read that some have had issues but so far have not experienced any.

I regret buying this, they could improve on the quality of the packaging for the price they charge
Expensive for what it is. Is a Christmas present for my son and I’m sure he’s going to love it, but it’s not presented very well at all, all the items are just shoved into a plain cheap box with a bit of tissue paper. When he opens it, it is definitely not going to be a “wow” I love it”kind of a present because of the poor presentation. I saw something much cheaper, same quality and better presented after purchasing this and wish I had returned it now, but I’d already had it a while

Bought as a gift, been used once and as you can see the fixed screw has come clean off! Very expensive one use item, very disappointed and upsetting.

Extremely good quality and very fast delivery
Omg this shaving set has good weight to balance the shaver and also the brush, also looks as good quality as it does in the pictures it’s a present for my father so I hope that he likes it as he complains about the new razors that are in shops saying they put too many blades on them and how he used to have a razor that was really good but didn’t know where he put it after they moved. So yes definitely a good quality buy!! X
