Bought these silicone baking mats for my partner, she loves them and praised we should have bought them a long time ago. It makes baking and heating up food in oven so much easier. The silicone mats are non-stick, so it is easy to wash under the sink. It is perfect for baking cake, cupcakes, cookies etc. I often use the big mats to heat up frozen chicken wings and chips, works a treat. Thanks to the mats are made from silicone, nothing really stick to the mat surface, all it requires after used is a quick rinse under the tap, and then a bit of washing liquid and light scrub and everything will come off. I cannot fault these mats at all, we use both the larger ones as well as the smaller ones quire often, and we had them for over a year now, they still work as per when they were new, we haven't noticed any discolouring, and the mats stay flat on your work counter. Obviously, you could roll them up for easy storage under the worktops. We love these silicone baking mats and would buy them again when they require replacing (if ever). I used this within 5 minutes of receiving it and I love it. It came folded in a quarter. I washed and dried it. Placed it on my work surface and it didn't move. Made pastry for a pie, put flour on it to roll out pastry, I love it has printed measurements on it. Washed really easily then I rolled it up and used the elastic it came with. After 3 hours I unrolled it and it lays perfectly on my worktop. I can recommend this and I'm guessing I won't need another for a very long time. Excellent product.

Made really well. Perfect size

I was looking for large, anti-slip mats to protect my laminate worktops as I do a lot a baking and confectionery work and this is perfect for the job. I practised with the first one and was so impressed I have in fact bought 3 more. They are very versatile and easily butt together to make an even larger mat. They protect the worktop brilliantly and therefore no need to scrape away residue pastry. The little scraper that comes with it works very well as well. They can be rolled or folded and do not crease. The one down side is the size for washing. After each use, it does need washing in soap and water and rinsed and because of the size, it is difficult to fit in the sink, however, I have tried a number of different ways and have found that folding it into quarters it will fit into the sink easily and then wash each quarter, leaving it to drain in the sink, on the washing line or over the shower screen. So far this is probably one of the best kitchen aids I have bought.

This thick silicone baking mat delivers excellent baking results—dough rolls out evenly and bakes beautifully. The printed measurements are accurate and helpful for precision baking. It is durable, non-slip, and stays firmly on the counter. With easy cleaning and an included scraper, the baking mat is great value for money.

I am delighted with this baking mat. My counter tops have a bit of texture to them and I wanted something large and smooth to cope with pastry, scones, bread etc.. This does the job very well; plenty of space and lovely and flat. I did expect it to be a bit thicker but the thickness is perfectly adequate and it rolls up well to store in a drawer. Cleaning it is a doddle, I fold it into 4 and wash each surface then dry it as well as I can - the silicon is 'sticky' - and leave it on the counter to dry properly. I can see a lot of use in the future of this mat.

I wish I had bought one long ago, it is perfect for kneading dough and general pastry work, it stays exactly where it is and doesn’t move at all, highly recommended.

I'm very pleased with this and don't know why I've never had one before now! It never moved whilst I was kneading bread dough. The dough didn't stick to it and it was easy to clean. My only little complaint is that the conversion tables didn't show up on my dark grey worktop but that wasn't the reason I bought it.
