This item actually did not work for me...and there is no return policy through Amazon...however, I gave this product 5 stars because I contacted the manufacturer from Amazon's info on them, and they are sending me a refund check for this product. They asked for all the product info, like lot number and exp date, also why I was taking it etc...so it is possible to be refunded for this product if it just doesn't work for you or causes you any reactions. I call that great customer service!

When this is what you need, nothing else will work. This is the only thing that cures a sinus headache but it makes my scalp itch as if my hair is growing. Still, I'll take that over the pain of the headache
