Very low quality product
I just opened it today for exercise and it broke up in the 2nd set. Not up to the mark. Waste of money.

Not at all meant for workouts
First of all the product itself wouldn't impress or even satisfy the buyer if the intention is to use it as a replacement for the gym. The rubber is of the lowest quality possible. (Although, the price is lowest amongst peers, but still, it isn't really worth even for the price that is being charged). It may be used as a stretching aid for utmost beginners or elderly but not for serious workout freaks. The bands even in combination do not provide adequate resistance (not even for beginners).Secondly, a very bad unit was sent to me. One of the bands was torn and some of the rest were not safely fastened with the hook. Considering the very little resistance provided, it is almost inevitable to stretch the band beyond it's limits and it may snap anytime and cause serious injuries.There was no delay in delivering the product neither any mishap while returning the item, so that deserves a thumbs up
