Mirrors 1 input to 3 outputs perfectly and great customer service
Purchased for our church in order to display song slides from our computer to 3 outputs: TV, projector, and a live streaming encoder (ATEM Mini). Pretty simple set up. About as plug and play as you can get. And after a couple afternoons testing it and one Sunday service, I have not had any issues with it and does what I hoped it would do. Our projector screen is 4:3, so I have to resize our computer desktop to 1280x960 so it all fits on the screen. I was concerned the matrix might get screwed up by that, but it appears to work fine.Build quality seems pretty good.My only complaint is that the remote does not appear to work, but that's fine as I don't really need it.Also, two thumbs up for customer service. When I first set the matrix up, it was not mirroring the computer and would only display when I started a slideshow with PowerPoint. I emailed OREI customer service and within a day they had gotten back to me. I had forgotten to ensure that my computer was mirroring. It had auto-selected to extend the display. I selected mirror and everything showed up as it should. Also, there appear to be many videos from OREI on YouTube to assist as well info on their website. Pretty happy so far for a piece of equipment just over $100.

Love using the UHD-808 for my game room
Love this thing. It does exactly what I wanted it to. I went overboard and made a gaming room so my kids didn’t need to fight over one tv or one console, and got 4 tvs and a projector. It supports Dolby atmos which was kinda important to me. The online webpage for management is really helpful and lets me put it to sleep from my phone. This should really be 4.5 stars, there’s a couple small things that are annoying. When you set an input to allow for more than 5.1 audio, there’s a little bit of silence when you start up a show or game while it gets the handoff of what audio format comes in, and the web tool is made for desktop only, there’s no responsiveness to make navigation on a phone easy. It just means a little bit of scrolling and zooming, and the power supply has a slight coil whine noise coming from it…. super minor things.

Fantastic upgrade to our entertainment system.
I have this unit full with 4 signal inputs to 4 different TVs. The signals are well amplified so one source can feed all l4 units without loss. Switching can take a few seconds with signal loss, but the establishes the new signal source. These include 2 TIVO units, a TIVO 4K stick, and a wireless HDMI extender from laptop. TVs include 25" up to 60", all receiving a justified picture and perfect sound from the designated source. It has resulted in a huge upgrade to our entertainment system.

Awesome
The manual and videos did not help when trying to install and set up your video wall at home. There really wasn’t a step by step instruction of the how to. I had to call an IT person help with the configuration.

Will not work with Verizon Fios One
This is a nice little unit. However if you want to use it with Verizon Fios One and have 4K and 1080p tv/monitors -on/hooked up at the same time, the Verizon Fios One box will default to the lowest resolution of what is hooked up. If you only have 4K hooked up, Verizon will broadcast in 4K, and the matrix switch will deliver a 4K picture to all 4K tv/monitors. I spoke with Verizon Technical support and they will not allow you to over ride the Fios One box and have it set to constant 4K output. The downscaler function on this unit is useless with Verizon Fios One. You can not have mixed tv definitions delivered. If the manufacturer of the matrix device would dedicate one hdmi input to 4K and one output to 4K and have that input relay back to the source everything is in 4K, the Fios One Box would stay in 4K mode. Then the device would have to stop all two way communication on the other 3 hdmi outputs to mixed resolution monitors. The downscaler would then be applicable.Verizon Fios One is very limited as to what third party devices can be used with TV or internet. We can no longer use our more powerful wifi router because it would disable features of the new Verizon system.
