I bought three pieces of the black and five of the white for another bedroom. I liked the three black so much i then got the five in white for the other room. I think they are better than decent quality and worth the money. After putting together 8, from nightstand to three, five, six and eight drawers, I've become expert at putting them together. The boxes are super, duper heavy. I feel bad for the UPS guy. I'd quit if i had to drag even one of those from the truck to my door. The worst part for me is getting it from doorstep into the house. I learned to just get in just in the door, open the box, and bring pieces to wherever they are going. Even if upstairs. You couldn't pay me to drag that box upstairs whole. Obviously, the heaviest boxes are the six and eight drawer units. But, the five and three drawer boxes are still heavy. They are quite sturdy. Most of them i use for storing a huge music collection, which added up is ALOT of weight. I'm talking thousands of CD's and 700 cassette tapes that i refuse to give up(it's a Grateful Dead thing). I may even buy another five drawer and eight drawer.

took me 45 mins alone to assemble this. well organized and labeled screws and parts, labeled pieces and the best was that the rails were already pre assembled on the panels something that is usually time consuming and has the highest chance to go wrong. funny that I assembled another drawer right after this and it took me almost 3 hours. they are not getting any starts! also to clarify I consider myself very handy and pretty good with tools. so this may take a regular person 1.5 hour to assemble but again the instruction are pretty clear and I think anyone can do it.

It’s a beautiful white dresser, the instructions were easy to read and understand, but it is definitely a 2 person job(which it says). It took us about an hour and a half to build it completely and that’s with 3 kids ages 6 and under trying to “help” (using a drill makes it go way faster than the screwdriver they want you to use)

I used this drawer to store my son’s clothes and towels. I like how deep the drawers are, allowing me to fit a lot of items in one single drawer. The sturdiness of the drawers are well built. I think if I wanted to store heavier items this drawer will work just fine. Great purchase.

I’ve put together a few tons of furniture in my lifetime and I must say that this chest of drawers was so very well designed. Instructions were clear and concise and done in a wonderfully well thought out progression. It said it was a 2 person job but I did it easily by myself. BTW I am a 64 year old woman. The quality was good for the price point and I was so relieved to see the drawer guides were pre installed. Those can be a real bugger. Ashley furniture kits have never disappointed me. As a bonus, all of the packaging was recyclable! Not one piece of lousy styrofoam to get rid of. The box was heavy but arrived in perfect condition. Very well packed.

Was easy to put together, but missing two pieces of hardware/latches that are supposed to come in the pieces of wood for the sides of the drawers. Have to go out to Home Depot and hopefully they’ll have it so we can finish the two drawers! (UPDATE: No other store has the curved latch that was missing and was supposed to be preassembled) But all in all good quality dresser, and would buy agaian, just missing some important hardware!

Dresser was so easy to assemble that my 17 year old daughter put it together by herself. It did take two people to move the box into the house but it was sturdy after assembly
