These fans are great if you have the right expectations. They are usb so you don’t have to worry about batteries. The size are so compact so you will have to put them closer to you. I have mine on top of my monitors. Adjusted at me. They are very light and has good power for the size.

I've owned this fan for one year. I see three major use cases for this fan:1. A small fan to keep by your PC/laptop at an office desk during the summer2. A travel fan for white noise and stuffy hotel rooms3. A small fan at home for some white noise that uses very little power.I use a small 5W Apple USB charger to power this and that's enough to use all 3 speeds. I think any USB port that can deliver 1A or more will give you all 3 speeds. The fan blades are small so it's never going to give you the same cooling as a full-size fan but it can do a respectable job for a personal fan. I definitely feel more comfortable using it. I use it for a slight breeze and white noise while sleeping. I usually like using speed 1 or 2 for this since they're not too loud. If you're a sleeper who needs white noise, I think this is a great choice. It's not magic or anything but I slept way better with this fan than I did with a white noise app.But since you can angle the fan inside the frame, I've used it for airing out shoes while traveling and speeding up line-drying clothes. Most of the rechargeable battery powered fans don't seem to have tiltable frames. Even without a USB port, I can use a small power bank - I've used the fan for a little comfort in stuffy airports or if I'm on a flight that doesn't have air gaspers over the seats. On the lower speeds it should last a pretty long time. Obviously, if you need to take this out-and-about in public like in a hot park or zoo, this is not a good choice. But if you sit down for half an hour in an indoor space, this should work pretty well for you.Thankfully the frame is pretty light and I usually stuff it in some clothes or a small tech pouch. I use a rubber band to tie up the USB cable. I've done some clumsy things like knocking it off the table onto a carpeted floor. I've knocked over a glass of water onto the fan. I dried it off with a towel and it keeps on going with no signs of damage. I think this one is a winner so far.

Night stand works perfect

Overall this fan serves its intended purpose (for me) well. It fits nicely in the Slumberpod fan pocket and it’s quite powerful. It really does cool down the inside and the breeze is noticeable all the way down at the pack n play mattress near the ground. It is much more powerful than the portable stroller fan I had been using. It is a little noisy at higher speeds, but my little one always uses a sound machine, so that isn’t an issue for us. My only complaint is that the cord is quite short and not replaceable. So depending on where the outlets are, it may not reach. I just used it at 3 different hotels and was able to find an outlet within reach 2 of the 3. It’s worth noting it does not come with a power brick; you will need to supply your own. It’s small and easy to pack.

Suprisingly this fan can move a decent amount of air. Low setting is very quiet and the noise level goes up accordingly with med & high settings. The cord is long enough to allow you to get it out of the way.

We use this inside of a slumber pod on vacation for our toddler in the pack and play and it worked great and stayed charged a very long time.

The fab came on time and packaged well. The pink color is pale, subtle. I use it at work and, even on low, it moves a good amount of air. I mainly use the low setting, and have only used the high setting in first trying out the fan.The only downside I see, and I may have misread the description, is that it only works while plugged in to something. I had wanted a rechargeable fan to use if we lose power.So I use this one at work and am more than satisfied- whether to cool off or just freshen up the space this fan is great.PS It doesn’t take up much desk space and the cord is long so you can place it away from a laptop, wall plug in, etc. I’m very satisfied with this purchase.
