Bought as a gift
Bought a gift for my sister and she loved it.

Plastic burning smell
Used it for the first time and i wasted half packet of bread as the temperature control doesnt work. Even when i set the temp at 2 the breads burned. And a strange plastic burning smell comes and the outside plastic planel is very thin. This product was delivered on 25th November unfortunately I just used it today and the return window is closed. Can amazon help me on this please?

Very cheap, but does the trick
The cheapest quality toaster you can imagine. Does the trick, but would buy smth more decent instead. It doesn’t have the crumbs tray, so everything drops on whatever surface you place it.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT, I LIKE IT SO MUCH.IT IS BETTER NOT TO USE GRADE 5 HEATER,IT WILL BURN THE BREAD, 3 IS THE MOST SUITABLE.
