Beautiful Lamp!! Shells are vulnerable and some came broken. Would love to get a few replacements but don’t know how to contact seller.

Beautiful but it is missing a strand of capiz shells and there seems to be no option to request the missing piece. I won't return it because it has been assembled and mounted but very disappointed that it isn't complete.

I expected better quality for the $, the base looks cheap and the stark white color is a contrast against the shells. Speaking of shells, many were broken, I was able to piece some together, but I’m still a strand short. Company unresponsive.

Liked that it came with multiple sized hanging rods so the light works in whatever kind of room & ceiling height you are looking to hang it in. Works great with a dimmer & 3 LED bulbs

Looks great. A bit time consuming to put together, and the shells are quite thin, and some were cracked from hole to the edge of each shell, but I emailed the company and they mailed me more shells, so the customer service is there. Takes a smaller bulb base, so getting the right bulbs is important, not a regular sized bulb.
