Yes= Short answer. The Power Brick is large enough to supply max AMPs to all port

Q: Can i connect my macbook pro 2018 and a lg 38wn95c monitor to the hub through TB (no displayport cable adapter) and still get full resolution @144hz?

A MacBook Pro 2018 uses Thunderbolt 3 ports and therefore this docking station will be capped at a 4k@60Hz maximum. Please note that this 4k@144hz may be possible using a computer that is capable of Thunderbolt 4.

Q: Will this work properly with apple's superdrive (cd & dvd read & write)?

It will! Please note that to use this front a USB-A port, this will need a driver that we offer for free on our website (sorry, all links are blocked by Amazon).

Absolutely. Please note that this error often refers to a single peripheral device pulling too much power from a single port. If you have a device that requires more than the standard amount of power, you may need to connect this to a Thunderbolt port or use our macOS driver (if on macOS).

After lot of deliberation and I took a chance to purchase this unit. It arrived on time and all in good condition.I have connected all my messy wires to this dock- 4K BenQ monitor- 4K BenQ monitor- iPhone 10s Max- Samsung Android mobile- Keyboard- Mouse dongleIt is connected to my Macbook pro m1 max. I had issues when using non standard iPhone cable. After using the original cable all worked fine.It is also charging the Macbook without any issues. Have not tested after fully draining the battery. If I have any issues will post an update.
