The MXL V67G features a Class A FET circuitry and a transformer-coupled output to ensure smooth and even response. With its cardioid polar pattern the V67G is effective in minimizing noise and off-axis audio that can cause feedback and with the ability to handle high SPLs of up to 130dB for .5% THD it can be placed near transient signal sources such as drums and guitar cabinets with minimal distortion and noise.  It has a 6 micron gold-sputtered diaphragm, a large 32mm capsule and a frequency response of 30Hz-20kHz.
