I bought Alpha Lipoic Acid to relieve burning mouth syndrome where I experience a metallic taste. I've only just started taking them so will update this review after 3 months. UPDATE: It's now been over a month since I've been taking ALA and I am so pleased to report that it has worked. For the most part I don't get the metallic taste and if I do, it is only mildly and for a short while. I have now increased the star rating to 5.

The package is alright and within the time specified. The one thing that stands after receiving the parcel and opening it, how large the capsules are. I would like to say to manufacture, please remember that human beings have to swallow these capsules, not four-legged animals. It would be appreciated if someone looked into this matter. Also would know if these capsules don't come in tablet form, thank you. Haven't taken any of these capsules yet, which might gonna be struggling. Which other way can take the tablet , can pour the contents into glass with drink it. Some solution please. Thank you await your response

I was experiencing numbness and tingling (sensory neuropathy) in my left leg due to my diabetes.
