I love these sorts of dried cured sausages. These have the authentic lactobacteria taste I expect so fifferent from a salami. Not to salty and no chewey bits that get stuck in your teeth . Wish I could get to my local shop to stock them. ☺

Love this sausage.
Love this sausage. It's hard to find this french sausage in uk. A bit expensive but a lovely treat along with some cheese and red wine.
