Injection Volume 3 (INJECTION TP)

Having now read Injection 1 & 2 I this is much more like a really griping Dr Who - a point alluded to in the actual story - but still good, I keep looking out for Injection 4.

Now it is getting interesting. If you like science, philosophy, politics, action and more, this is a must buy. I'll have a review of the series so far on my blog which I will post the link to later.

Really liked 1. Absolutely loved 2. This was very enjoyable, and would probably have given it 5 stars if I hadn't read 2 and given that 5. It's not as stunning as 2, but its a fine piece of writing, another chapter in a quite fascinating story, and one that I have no idea where its going - but I intend to stay with it just for the journey.Yes, I should probably have grown out of comics well over ten years ago, but these are the reason why I still read them. I can't wait for the fourth instalment.

Loving this series. If you like inter-dimensional, Stranger things and everything magical myth this is a good twist on the theme.

Bridget investigates the emergence of a stone circle in Cornwall and again science collides with the mystical with dramatic results. This series is really original and well worth a look. This volume can be read as a one-off but the previous volumes are worth reading - even if it is just to make everything a bit clearer. The characters are interesting and the artwork is reasonably clear and detailed. Highly recommended

This Volume 3 collects issues 11 through 15 of the "Injection" series. Warren Ellis, our author, has been quoted to the effect that while Volume 1 was a take on classic British fiction like "Quartermass" and Volume 2 was Holmesian, this Volume 3 is a nod to Dr. Who. I didn't see a lot of that, but no matter.This is a fun and interesting standalone and it's reasonably easy to get into it without knowing the full "Injection" backstory. We have a lot of Celtic mythology and the "thin walls" between the real and the fantastic and otherworldly, and that was good enough for me. Apparently, whatever happens in Cornwall better stay in Cornwall. This Volume features Brigid almost exclusively, which was fine by me because she's one of the mouthier and attitude rich characters in the series and it's always a trip when she's on the case. Brigid picks up an assistant at the site of the latest creepiness and her assistant has enough of a complementary Brigid-like vibe that it's almost like a twofer.So, this was fun, easy to get into, nicely drawn and colored, and generally a good time. An entertaining find and a good way to try out "Injection" if it's new to you.(Please note that I received a free advance pdf of this book without a review requirement, or any influence regarding review content should I choose to post a review. Not sure if I ever really understand this book and that’s kinda why I love it. This is the most challenging read I have taken in in a long time in terms of following the concepts put forward throughout.This particular arc is about a portal to another world and the very blurry legal line due to how things have changed.Really need to read though the whole run over to see if I can pick up more understanding along the way.

The story has finally started picking up. The characters are becoming more fleshed out, and I'm hooked!I need the next volume because the mystery has only gotten deeper.Love the artwork.

Warren Ellis and Declan Shalvey continue to blow me away with their work. If you like smart, psychological thriller stories, then this series is for you. Absolutely amazing. Hoping they get back to working on this series soon so the story can continue to unfold!

Terceiro TP de uma das melhores séries em quadrinhos da atualidade. Quase que um PLANETARY sobre mitos, lendas e folclore. Recomendo muito.

Injection ya va cogiendo forma!El primer volumen fue una maravilla, el segundo estuvo muy aislado de la trama principal, pero ya en este tercero se ve cómo los hilos van confluyendo, los personajes principales se van desarrollando, y la amenaza de Injection va tomando forma.Muy recomendable!

This is a great series. Highly recommend if you like other image titles like Saga and East of West.
