Just ok - serves the purpose
I was excited to get this piece of equipment, however it could be made a little sturdier and the squat area where you put you feet under with the red pads, both red caps were off and do not stay on. Maybe hot gluing them would help, but not worth the time. I almost returned it, but I was really getting it for the hip thrusts and that you can still do.

Awesome BUT!!!
The product build quality is nice there was a smell from the foam but it dissipated within two days or so BUT and the big but is the bands are super light weight my wife needed to buy more just to use it but over all 9 out of 10

Dangerous and cheap for a reason. Non functional.
The media could not be loaded. Very cheaply made, non functional for average adult. Very loose fitting components. I bought it predominantly for hip thrusts and sit ups. It's simply dangerous, if you try situps on this with the back support per instructions you will risk back injury with the sidewalls movement of the upright post holding the backrest.Do not use this for anything related to the upright seat/backrest....

Exceeded my expectations
As silly as it may be I really love the dusky purple in my home gym. It’s just so different from other equipment in here. I also feel very safe doing squats without a spotter with this device. The foot pads and nonslip sections of the piece are also effective and seem to be good quality. It is easy to move and doesn’t seem to fall apart after moving it. My spin bike seems to need constant adjustment even when I don’t move it.

Great for home workouts
The media could not be loaded. Gets the job done. Easy to assemble and doesn't take up too much space. Could be more sturdy especially for long term use or heavy use. Bands for hip thrust could use more resistance.
