Outstanding overall. Good sound clarity, and amazing how it blocks telemarketing calls - that feature alone is worth the price of this phone system. Three handsets. Strange problem, however. When one died, the others seemed to die at the same time, even though the other two had been hardly used, sitting on their respective bases. It's almost as if the phone with the dying battery told the other phones to die at the same time. Sounds crazy I know, but it happened. Anyway, charged them all, making sure they were all firmly seated in their bases, and haven't had the anomaly since. Hopefully just user error. Otherwise, fantastic and versatile phone system.

We got this cause our old landline phones we've had for 20+ years finally died; and soon went from getting 20+ spam calls a day to 0 thanks to both the automatic call block feature and turning on a feature that make the caller HAVE TO imput a code (anywhere from 0-999 (of your own choice)) before the call is officially completed and connected. Now the only numbers that can get through without having to imput that code are the numbers you save in your phone book or (IIRC) ones that you marked as safe.THESE ARE A LIFE SAVER IF YOU STILL HAVE A LANDLINE THAT YOU USE.

Overall, these are good phones. The display is easy to read and the “announce caller ID” feature is really handy. These phones have lots of great features and they work really well. My only complaint is that the volume needs to be a little louder. If you have good hearing, it probably won’t be a problem for you.

Phones are perfect. They came with what may have been original batteries.. they really didn't hold a charge, but that doesn't matter. It's the phone you love and the screen is great as well as features. You can block a call SO easily.

I have for some reason become the most favored target of scam callers, if not in entire US, then at least in the Chicago area. This item replaced an earlier set that did have a call block key that required 3 steps and created a file that had to be manually cleared. This set is: Block, Confirm, done. It also seems that because I catch them so soon, the number of them is decreasing. Well done, Panasonic.

We used a similar Panasonic phone set for more than 10 years, and the phones were easy to use, uncomplicated and worked well. However, it was time to replace them. We purchased this phone set expecting the same good quality and ease of use like the earlier purchase. The new phones came with an instruction book that when opened made us laugh. Talk about a mountain of new features. We were overwhelmed and confused often. We didn't realize the complexity of today's communication environment. To use each feature one must enter a code for it to work. We like the Block Call feature, but we really don't expect to need or want the majority of the other features. We found that each phone in the new set has a problem with the speaker volume. When you answer a call the speaker's voice is barely audible even with the volume set to maximum. When we receive a call now we always have to use the speaker phone setting to hear the person. Even then, we experience some audio distortion that makes it difficult to clearly hear the speaker. The keys are large and light in the dark which is most helpful. If a lot of features are important to you, and your hearing is really good then this is the phone for you.

Great price for three units, sound a bit tinny, but that’s because I’m use to my old system that croaked after a dozen years. (Uniden) however after a month I don’t even notice it. Love the voice announcement of the caller. Great feature! Recommend.

Only one very annoying thing. Several times more or less daily the screen displays a false message about a voicemail. In order to remove it, one has to hold down the hashtag key until the false message is replaced by date/time screen. I had an earlier model and it had the same problem!!
