So I searched and searched through the various pet vaccums…finally settled on this one due to good reviews and the price point. I have two dogs, both medium size, one is a Australian shepherd mix, the other is Shepherd and Cattle dog mix….the vaccum is relatively quiet. Our Australian very much enjoys being brushed with it….i no longer have hair flying everywhere while I brush her out….my first use of it with the bigger metal bristle brush, I filled 4 canisters of hair off of her! The Cattle/Shepherd mix is our big shedder….it just comes off in clumps and is a mess….this has helped inmensely…..I was able to trim down around her neck and “mane” ……trimmer was so easy to use with the attachments and the vacuum attachment while trimming was terrific. Everything is easy to use, easy to clean, this will help keep my home cleaner than ever. Totally recommend and would buy again!

The nifty-ness of this item is astounding and the results amazing. Our dogs are not scared by the sound of this machine even though they are scared of our regular vacuum cleaner. I believe the tone of the sound is not as high-pitched which dogs are typically very sensitive to. Also, all of the attachments are easy to use and very effective. BE CAREFUL with the clippers as they are SUPER sharp! The only issue I have is with understanding how the furniture/clothing lint attachment is supposed to work. Once you attach it there doesn't seem to be as much suction, nor can I figure out how the system is supposed to suck up the hair that it collects. Unfortunately, the user manual doesn't provide any details and I've not had time to look it up on their website yet. I love how the cord wraps around the under-base for storage. Would be nice to have a clip for the hose, but it's manageable. We keep ours in the original box just for ease of keeping everything in one place, even though they do provide a bag to store all of the attachments. Definitely worth the money.

Fits the bill perfectly for pet grooming and more.PROS:- Easy to carry - the bottom of the unit has provisions to keep the cord tucked away and organized- The extension hose wraps around the body of the unit and aligns with a little clip to hold the hose in place- Ample suction to keep the brushes clear of fur while I groom my little fur kitty.- Low sound level - this is super important when grooming any pet. To be honest, no matter how low a sound this makes, because of our fur babies superior hearing, it’s still a bit much for sensitive ears. That said, with proper and slow vacuum and pet introduction, a happy union can definitely be achieved. ***- Comes with a lint brush for easy clean up of furniture and clothes- Easy to clean basket! I am happy to share that I had zero issues cleaning the vacuum basket, yay for me! LOL- Comes with a rechargeable trimmer!- Small footprint and easy storage - Because of its small size, this unit can easily fit in smaller spaces for quick and easy storage.CONS:- It’s a bit pricey less you get it on discount- Very light weight, reminds me of a toy vacuum at first LOL (but works great)- It takes a bit of practice to get the cord stored away properly under the unitNOTES: I haven’t tried using the rechargeable trimmer, but will definitely give it a try soon. I will update this review as needed.*** HOW I INTRODUCED MY KITTY TO THIS VACUUMI started brushing her slowly with the included brushes keeping the vacuum turned off, and rewarded her with her favorite treat. Positive association is important to keep your fur baby feeling safe around the vacuum. After about a couple of days, I started brushing her then moving the vacuum away and turning it on to vacuum the fur out of the brushes. I repeated this step for about a week making sure that my fur baby is desensitized to the sound of the vacuum. Rewarding her after each grooming session. Now I am happy to share that she is purrfectly OK with this vacuum! The steps I took may or may not work with your cat or dog, but its worth a try, Good Luck!

Used for the first time and it was awesome! Quiet enough that my cat wasn’t too scared, just took some getting used to! No mess trimming and brushing is awesome when you have a long haired cat! Definitely takes a while to get used to if you’ve never used a trimmer before but very easy to use! I think he looks cute 😂

It has more than one setting which is nice because it is not loud and allows my daughters dog to get used to the sound, and the feeling of being vacuumed without being scared. It’s easy to clean and it’s very portable! I literally took it with me on a trip to Atlanta, Georgia and it barely took up any space in the car. It’s easy to clean because it comes apart easily. And the hair clipper part is amazing too! It’s very sharp and heavy, which tells me it’s durable! I tried it on her paws to remove the hair underneath that was growing excessively, and it worked well with that. The great thing is that my daughters dog allowed me to clean her without a fuss. I even let my best friend use it to try it out on her Sheppard, Husky and Terrier pets and she ended up buying one too on Prime Day! I would highly recommend!

I really like that the brushes are changeable. The vacuum does great job of sucking up the hair. I was dog sitting German Shepard and got it for her. She loved it. The noise did not scare her and the brushes/combs did not hurt her.
