Great lock! Very convenient with the combo lock, and the mount works well. I would've preferred the mount to be screwed tight but so far it works well. The lock looks chunky enough to probably discourage most thieves.

Solid lock. Very heavy, but just what I needed for my expensive new hybrid bike. Comes with a mounting system that I did not use. I carry the lock on my back rack with a bungee cord. Combo is convenient and has big letters. TB

Great durable lock for your bike. Easy combination method. Need to review the videos for all instructions to set the lock and install the lock bracket to the bike. No written instructions provided. The YouTube link provided for bracket instructions is no longer available. Just Google to search for video instruction.

Works well

I used this lock for less than a month and today the lock would not open anymore. I tried to use WD40, graphete greese, mallet but not luck. I use the same combination in all my locks so I know that is not "senile dementia" case and the combination is right. Now I checked the reviews and there are other 6 reviewers reporting exactly the same problem on locks 1-2 months old. In my case I was lukcy because the item was still in the 30 days return window. Amazon refunded me without sending the lock back (for obvious reasons) and offered $40 to compensate for the Locksmith, that in DC will be about $100. Bottom line, Amazon went beyond expectations even though it should probably stop sell this item and Kryptonite lost my business because they do not offer any refund for situations like this.

Excellent lock. Combo makes use a breeze, and no need to carry keys. Extremely easy to change combo. The unlatch mechanism is very smooth, unless it is under extreme tension, which is likely the problem with most of the negative reviews. Ie: if you have to force the lock together to get it to latch, you need to force it together while you try to unlatch (to reduce the tension). This is the only lock I will buy from now on.

Diverse in it's ability to adapt to any preference of design, this is my favorite lock this far. The u-lock is considered best amongst other designs and the one accomplished it's goal and fit to any bike position.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very heavy duty bike lock w/combo code no key. It feels very heavy but only weighs 2.9lbs. and also comes with a bracket to carry on your bike
