Works flawlessly
Installed this on my ps5 DualShock controller, works flawlessly, easy to calibrate. I can set my deadzone at 0 and have no stick drift works awesome.

Works fairly well
It hooks up just like the potientiometer version. The mid position varies a bit; that doesn't matter for my application (to steer a robot) since I can program my microcontroller not to respond to the mid point variations. Also, you will need to calibrate it with a pin (see YouTube videos) which isn't hard, just a bit time consuming. I wish it came with a keycap like the potientiometer versions do.

Fixed
These totally fixed my stick drift. And this is alot cheaper than buying a new controller.

Replaced both, one died within a day.
My DS5 controller started to develop a twitch to the left on the left analog stick. If I pressed right just slightly, occasionally it would shoot left for a split second. I cleaned it a few times and would improve for awhile but the issue always returned. So I thought I'd try these out. While swapping these out can be a pain, I have the equipment and skills to do so. I replaced both analog sticks just so I wouldn't ever have to worry about "drift" again. Calibration took a few minutes using the little holes and a needle, and eventually I got them to a point where about a 0.10 deadzone would cover any error. Worked fine, tested out a game, perfect. So I use my DS5 primarily on my PC with DS4Windows so it's basically always plugged in. After a short gaming session, I went to sleep, woke up, did some chores, picked up the controller and realized the right stick was seeing no input. Both axis were basically reading 0v, as if it was pushed all the way in the direction where it would bottom out. I opened it back up, did some experiments shorting the ground pin to the left and right pins, and it would temporarily "work" for a few seconds, then just bottom out again. It appeared that the left/right sensor was still working, but the up/down sensor was wonky. I tried reflowing the pins but to no avail. Ripped it out, put the potentiometer stick back in, and it was working again. So that's where I am. I guess I can't complain too much, they were cheap. Eleven bucks for two of them isn't bad, but I only got one that is still working so that's disappointing. I won't bother swapping out the right stick again unless it starts to show signs of failure like the left stick did. Overall I'm happy the left stick works, whether it will stand the test of time is to be determined.

This is pretty much worthless.
This is just a cheap and useless product.I bought 2 packs (4 units total). Of those 4, one was faulty.I installed the other 2 and one month later the L3 button no longer worked. And, worst of all, there’s still a bit of drift.

Functional PS5 sensor replacement
PS5 controller fell victim to stick drift and stuttering after only a year. Buying these sensors and a cheap soldering kit was cheaper than buying a whole new controller.Though if you do go the diy route, get a desoldering pump or wick. I had to get creative, but ultimately replaced the sticks successfully.

Perfect Replacements if You Can Solder
My pack-in PS5 controller started having drift after just two months. I'm pretty good with a soldering iron, so this was a fairly easy upgrade. Yes, this DOES work if your controller has green pots.BEWARE that this is NOT an easy swap-out like the Switch joy-con.Search online for a video titled "Hall Effect Joystick Replacement for the PS5 DualSense" from a channel called "Metal Plastic Electronics." The video contains a link to an online gamepad tester and shows how to use it to calibrate the new sticks.

Great replacement! With slight caveat.
Direct fit replacement to the old potentiometer style. Calibration can be finicky, but we'll worth the effort. The movement is a bit more sensitive and can be a bit jarring at first, but my main "issue" is the click (L3/R3) is softer. I have more accidental grip clicks than I did with the potentiometer version, but not enough to disuiad me from buying again.
