Frustrating
Review after 6 months. Good overall printer but lots of downsides too. Print quality is good, but slow even with black and white. Often the printer will freeze and not print until unplugged and reset, keeping you hanging when you need a quick job done. Overall pretty frustrating with this printer, lots of waiting for prints that never come.

weak set up instructions - still not operating at full capacity
What a terrible experience. the instructions to set up are not for non-tech people, there are various missing areas of instruction. set up is very clunky and slow - as if it is a seventies machine. I also purchased a desk top computer; I had a technician come to set up the computer. computer was simple for him, he then checked why the printer was not working, he fixed stage 1 problem, admitted he knew what to do as he had a technical background, he checked the instructions and confirmed that the step he carried out was not within the instruction manual. THEN CAME THE TESTING, the machine did not and will not scan, he downloaded additional drivers etc. After 20 minutes spent on just the printer, (I was being charged for the time) he suggested that he would install any desk and help resolve the problem as it would be at no additional cost to me.I will never purchase any HP product again.

It started having problem after 1 month now i can’t return or use.
