Seems to work as advertised. I actually put it in my coffee in the morning vice use it in a pre-workout drink. The heat dissolves it. I have put it in gatorade and water. The colder the liquid, the longer it takes to get it to dissolve. Regardless, I can tell when I forget to use it. I started taking this after a friend of mine, who is very into competitive cross-fit, recommended it. I like it because it doesn't cause bloating. I take it daily. And I have tried other versions. Just remember, creatine causes your body to make protein so don't take this with protein powder/drinks because it will impede your body's ability absorption of the creatine (got that point from my same friend).

It doesn't cause bloating and it didn't taste like anything and it took a little bit to dissolve and it is cheaper than other typea of creatine, it helped me push harder when working out and I can get another set in, you can mix it in any liquid, and it's a good size to travel with and lasts a while
