Unfair Deduction on refund despite returning in original condition.
The saree I received was not of good quality as it had loose threads all over it and the fabric was also not in a good condition. I returned the product in exact same conditions it was delivered yet— ₹33 was deducted from the total amount I paid. This is disappointing and unfair because customers expect to receive their complete refund when the product quality is poor and when they return the product without any damages or use. Such deductions break the trust of customers and make them hesitant to purchase again from such e-commerce platforms. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!

My experience
Quality match with discounted price only . It's good. But not actual kanjivaram with MRP price tag of around 6000 as shown in picture. One can easily compare with original product.

I recently bought the SGF11 Women's Kanjivaram Soft Silk Saree in Grey Purple. The saree itself is absolutely gorgeous, matching the color and design shown online. The soft silk material feels luxurious and elegant. However, it with noticeable folds , which detracted from its overall appearance. With some attention to these details, this saree would have been a perfect purchase
