Sounds GREAT - Software Problems
Overall, the keyboard looked and played GREAT. I was definitely really hard setting it up with my Windows 10. The software was just too hard to figure out. I eventually ended up connecting it to an apple phone and played it on Garage Band. Donner did a pretty good job! Would definitely recommend playing with an apple device though.

Compact but not perfect
1st off I'm not pro. I needed a small midi controller to start experimenting with music production for a YouTube channel. It has been very useful for this project. It does come with some lite versions of the Steinberg companies DAW and a couple other plug ins however the installation process is the most obnoxious process I've ever encountered installing any software in my 47 years of existence. You have to use the Steinberg download manager and license manager and it is an archaic system. You can literally download everything they sell( DAW, plugins, sample packs etc. it's like a half a TB of stuff, but you can only use a tiny fraction of it without the proper software license. The problem is you don't know what's free and what's not, so you end up having a bunch of crap you have to weed through to uninstall. It's a nightmare. Steinberg do better! As far as the keyboard itself. It's compact has a lot of functionality, any button or dial is programmable to what ever function inside your DAW. I've used it with Devin I Resolves Fairlight, and the Cubase LE14. While all the keyboard keys and drum pads are velocity sensitive the sensitivity curve seems off. It's seems you get good action and volume from a hard strike, but a slow strike is too quiet. It's a good starter midi keyboard and the software makes it a decent value, but I'll be looking for one with better action on the keys.

Great value overall, functionality was pristine, great design and all the pads work and feel great. Bought for a friend who was looking to connect with his son on a deeper level. So far it’s been a god send!

MIDI Keyboard Compatibility Issues and Cubase on Mobile
I recently encountered significant challenges with integrating my MIDI keyboard with my phone. Despite the keyboard being recognized by the phone, I couldn't get any sound when pressing the keys. This suggests there may be issues with app compatibility or configuration.Additionally, my attempt to use Cubase on my computer to address these issues was frustrating. Many of the links in the manual led to 404 errors, making it difficult to find the necessary resources. This lack of support extends to mobile compatibility, as Cubase and other DAWs seem to have limited or no compatibility with phones. While the app is somewhat entertaining for casual play, it falls short for serious music production. The lack of reliable DAW options and instructional resources makes it challenging to use for creating music effectively.Overall, if you’re looking for a robust solution for MIDI keyboard integration and music production on mobile, this setup might not meet your needs. It’s more suited for light, recreational use rather than serious music creation.
