I ordered these recently and put them in last night. They didn't even last until today. They were for me a total waste of money.update: when I ordered the HP cartridge and put it in, that also very quickly "ran out". So the problem was not in the HWDID cartridges but in my printer. I will try them again with my new printer.

Did some photo printing and the cartridges must had not been filled totally. Had to use both black inks and my printer would not let me print anything from the tri color cartridge. Good price but l will go back to using HP products to advoid the hassle not not printing when l need it. Needed for an event and had to go buy the original HP cartridges to complete my project.

This ink works fabulously and was 1/2 the cost of what I usually pay. It arrived quickly too!

I just installed these ink cartridges, both of the black ones were great The color cartridge is empty. I have passed the return/refund window. I have a home office and I try to keep my supplies on hand for when I need them. This is the first time I've run into a problem. Seller, is there anything you can do to help me out with this?

I purchased a black cartridge and a color cartridge. Unfortunately, the color cartridge needed to be removed and reinserted every time I need to print. It looks like the contact on the back of the cartridge is slightly misaligned.

Remanufactured Ink has worked fine so far.
