Great taste
I love barley & this soup has, in my opinion, the perfect ratio of beef to barley to vegetables. It is not as thick as some other commercial soups.

no soup?
When it says condensed, they arent lying. You can eat it out of the can with a fork, absolutely no liquid in it. Great value, to weight. Add water, heat it some. Stir alot, and break it apart. Heat it up the rest of the way. Let it sit, and set, absorb the water, and become a soup. Stir and serve. You might need to add more water, after it sits. It takes more prep then the average Campbell's soup.

Nice tasting soup, I use in a recipe with ground beef or beef chunks. It costs less on Amazon than in your big box stores.
