Push-Ups So Perfect, I’m Waiting for Marvel to Call
Design is amazing, these rotate, so now my wrists don’t scream at me halfway through a set. I actually feel my chest and arms working instead of just pain and regret. Easy and comfortable to grip, very sturdy and secure. Bonus: I look way cooler doing push-ups now—like I’m defusing a bomb while getting jacked. 10/10, would recommend to anyone trying to turn dad strength into superhero strength.

these things save your wrists
I originally bought these because my wrists were hurting from doing pushups, which they definitely solved. The elevation and rotation enhance ordinary pushups by increasing travel and making for more of a compound should, arm and chest lift. Feature-wise, The padded grip is nice. They are lightweight, which makes them convenient to store under a desk or closet. The initial quality seems great and ball bearings make for smooth rotation.

Super high quality product - worth the extra money
Let's be real - this is way more expensive than the other options here but I assumed at first it was just because this was the OG product and you were paying for the branding. I gave it a shot thinking I could just return them and exchange for a cheaper version, however, the quality of these handles is off the charts. Firstly, the grips: most of the grips on these products are either hard plastic, solid wood, or possibly foam covers. All of those are uncomfortable long term. The grips on the Perfect Pushup, however, are some sort of gel rubber that twists around the solid handles. It makes these extremely comfortable on the hands and wrists. I can do pushups and then hold plank and my palms / grips never hurt - my arms give out way before my hands do and that's super rare. I've owned multiple pushup grips in the past and my hands always ached afterwards. This is a huge plus. Rotation: I was not specifically looking for rotation but wow I'm glad I got it. The bearings make the smoothest rotation and it allows your arms to adjust to the proper spot for each of your shoulders. I didn't realize how much of a different this makes but I can do more sets and reps thanks to the rotation. I don't know if it's also adding small muscle strengthening but the live adjustment alone is a huge benefit for me. Placement: The rubber on the bottom of these (they're huge btw) is well designed and hold great on hard floor and carpet or mats. They don't move once you have weight on them; no sliding or any concern at all. Overall these are supremely designed and well worth the extra cost. I've had mine for a few months and I use them everyday; no signs of any wear yet so I'm hoping I'll have these for many years in the future.

Perfect push-up elite review
So here we are finally my review of this how should we say impressive piece of workout equipment well 1st off I have to say it's worked pretty good for me I saw this on the television a few years back and ever since then I always wanted one but wasn't able to actually buy one until now. The device is actually very good it works as it should and it's very compact and it works headed should minus the fact that you had to go online to get the workout chart but you can't actually complain about that, as the device themselves I have to say that he works well in both mechanisms can be spun in a 360° area however if you haven't done any push-ups like I have in a while or in years it might take some getting used to. The workout chart or charts on the website that you will need to go to to get these are in a PDF fashion and will not work with your smart phone you will have to print these out to see which workout you need to be doing just make sure you pick the one that's dealing with perfect push-up there are others that deal with other products of the same nature. I would have to say that my experience with this thing it's been really good I was able to complete the 21 day push-up workouts as a matter of fact last night I just got done with my 2nd 21 day push-up Max and I have to say it's well kind of worked I bought this as a birthday present for myself there is no maintenance for the perfect push-up but you do need to clean the bottom half and also wipe down the rubber handles with alcohol to kill any germs and or sweat that may be on their. The workout has enlarged certain parts of my body but that should be up to you if this is your 1st time working out I say take things slow with these you can get yourself hurt while working out so tread with the utmost caution. 90° rotation that does its job perfectly and I have to say it's very effective as well if you're actually working out for the 1st time or just need to get back in shape I suggest going with these, the company perfect fitness was started by an actual Navy seal so you can't go wrong with that. The company also has several other products you can use but for now let's just focus on this product, it's a very good buy and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to do actually work out or increase their muscle mass, but make sure you're under 400 pounds why you may ask well that's what the box says it may not work or you may injure yourself in the process.

Sturdy, Comfy, and Versatile.
This is exactly as advertised. It rotates with enough resistance to seem well made and high quality, but not enough to impede its intended use. The bottom has grooves and is made of a different plastic, allowing it to stick to most surfaces (I haven't tried on carpet, but both hard-wood and whatever my kitchen is tiled with [the fake wood slabs?] are fine surfaces to use this product on.) I take it to the gym sometimes as well and it sticks fine to the planet fitness foam floors (again I don't know what that floor is.) It's sturdy enough that I feel comfortable balancing on one hand. I can tell it takes more muscles to do this, but the stability of the product is fantastic (my own strength on the other hand is fallible.). In terms of effectiveness I have no say in this. It *feels* like I'm using LESS energy to pushups, which may be deceptive. I'm not a scientist, nor do I care to do science to see if this is equitable to normal pushups, but, given enough reps, I feel the normal muscle strain that I would with pushups, indicating that it is exercising those muscles to some degree. I do wish that more exercises were given with the product. It kind of only teaches you how to use it for pushups, but has pictures of people doing yoga-like poses with them. There is however a trove of online learning material if you wish to trust the expertise of non-developers

Solid, Smooth, and Reliable – Excellent for Home Workouts
I’ve been using the Perfect Pushup Elite as part of my home training routine, and it has delivered exactly as promised. The rotating handle design with steel ball bearings allows for smooth, controlled movement that engages more muscle groups with less joint strain—just as outlined in the product guide. The build quality is excellent—sturdy yet lightweight, making it easy to move or store. The non-slip base grips well on multiple surfaces, which gives added confidence during intense sets. Overall, this is a well-designed, high-performing pushup system that’s great for anyone looking to enhance upper body strength safely and efficiently at home. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

Terrific Upper Body & Arm Workout
This little simple piece of equipment takes a very simple exercise (push-up) and turns it into something working literally most of your upper body. Quality is fairly high, and they are expensive looking. I did oddly have a small piece of plastic fly off during use, it doesn't alter the operation of it but it was very random. First thing I did was go to their website and print put the workout schedule. My girlfriend and I both have used this for 3 weeks now, and initially she could only do a couple, and I barely squeezed out 8. Yes, it is that difficult if you aren't used to this type of exercise. Once you find your initial max, you follow a specific plan for 21 days that lays out your sets and reps for normal, wide, and close push-up positions and then re-test yourself. After day 1, I literally felt muscle soreness in muscles I didn't know existed (the deltoids in particular). I did alter the plan's suggested way do do them, and instead of doing 2 minute drills simply did all sets and reps at a nice even pace, with breaks as needed to allow me to get all the exercise in. The question is did I get results from all this work? 21 days later, on the re-test, my girlfriend was up to 10 push-ups (to clarify these are done using the perfect push-up, not just regular floor push-ups) and I was up to 22. That's 10x more than day 1 for her, and almost 3x as many for me. I'm also getting more defined arm muscles, and upper body. We are both continuing with this for another 21 days, and I will post updates. Some take aways: 1). These are NOT easy. If you are highly overweight, I'd recommend getting to a reasonable weight before attempting to use these, as they may prove frustrating. 2). Consistency is key. Don't expect results if you only do these several times and quit. 3). This alone will not make you look like the guys in the commercials. This alone will not cause you to lose body fat either. An inclusive exercise and nutrition plan will accomplish that. These are a great asset in the exercise tool box. Stay with it, and you will get results I promise you!

Exceded my Expectations
Quick Review: This product is Great. It comes with a 21 day workout schedule and the push-up devices themselves are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. More Detailed Review: I am a 6 foot 4 male that weighs 195 pounds. I'm not technically overweight(depending on which chart you believe), but most of my weight is carried in my belly and I lack muscle. I bought this product with the intention on building upper body muscle. The package come with a 21 day workout schedule that tells you how many push-ups you should be doing and in what positions. The schedule is an every-other-day routine. The chart does a good job of being re-useable. It is based on how many continuous push ups you can do. So as you gain muscle, and can do more continuous push-ups, the chart required you to do more push ups during the workout. I just finished the first 21 day cycle (I did skip day 9 and 13 due to working late) and I am very happy with the Perfect Pushups. When I first determined my push up max, i was only able to do 4 push ups. During the first couple of days of pushups, I had to use the knee modification described in the work-out guide in order to complete the workout. By day 7 i was able to do the entire workout without using my knees. I just reset my push up max yesterday and was able to do 14 continuous push ups. When i used to try to do regular push-ups without the Perfect Pushups, i would feel a sharp pain in my triceps. With the Perfect Pushups, I don't feel any sharp pains in my arms. I'm not sure if it is because of the rotation, or if it because of the grips, but I like it. More info about the workout chart: The workouts consist of sets of pushups in the "Regular", "Wide" and "Narrow" positions. It also has you put your feet up on a chair at the end of the 21 day cycle. Each day of active pushups consists of 3 or 4 sets of 2 minute drills. The number of pushups you do during the drills is determined by how many continuous pushups you can do. So for example, the first day of pushups requires one 2-minute-drill of Regular position pushups, one 2-minute-drill of Wide position pushups, and one 2-minute-drill of Close position pushups. The instructions say that you can perform the drills throught the day at your own pace, but i have been doing them all within the same hour. So I will do one drill, wait 15-20 minutes then do the second one, wait again then do the final one.
