This light was purchased to brighten up our kitchen which is being shaded by neighbours trees. The light certainly does its job and I like the fact that the arms can be pointed at different points brightening up the entire ceiling and the cooking/working areas of the kitchen. The light feels of good quality and it was relatively easy to install. The original packaging of the light was damaged but the bulbs were in separate boxes and the entire item was placed inside the Amazon delivery box, so no harm done.

we liked the style of this light, it also gives out a bright but not dazzling light. I love the warmer glow of the bulbs. My husband did struggle a bit to put it up, but perhaps that was him and nothing to do with the light! We didn't like the way the bulbs fitted into the shades, they are very loose and if you knock them they go out. Again I feel you get what you pay for. This is light is great in our kitchen, and is very directional. It serves its purpose.

This is a good quality six-lamp GU10 light fixture, but the long arms are not supported by their own brackets. This means that unless you're able to seat the central short cylinder containing the electrical terminals securely and squarely on the ceiling, the arms will be at an obvious angle relative to the ceiling. The seventy-year-old plasterboard in our kitchen has obviously seen a number of fixtures mounted there over the decades, so it's rather mangled and I wasn't able to mount the fixture flat against the ceiling. The only reason to have a light fixture with arms is to spread them out and distribute the light over a larger area, and when I did this, the fixture tilted to one side. It's not a safety hazard or anything serious, but it doesn't look right.

I like the way the bulbs are easy to adjust, but not overly thrilled that the LED bulbs that came with it are warm yellow. It is probably just me, but I like a white light; but will save these for emergency replacements until I can get the type I like. It was easy to install. By not enclosing the front half of the bulb, it should aid in heat dissipation and result in a longer life for the bulb.

I used these lights in the kitchen,very impressed with the brightness of these lights they were very easy to replace,the fittings were the same as my last set.i would recommend these for great light in a dark kitchen.

Great light for my kitchen diner. Excellent price. Comes with bulbs. Well packaged. Can't fault it.
