Literally my favorite bicycle/moped tool that I’ve ever owned (PROS/CONS list @ bottom)I was in the market for an innovative, non annoying travel bicycle tool (I despise the normal, flat multi tool step). I came across this and am so very glad I gave it a go. It’s lightweight, durable, versatile, innovative and just makes me happy to use. I hate having a bunch of tools laying around, so when I work on my moped I now use this with an adjustable wrench and am able to tear apart the entire bike from rope to bottom (with a bit of assistance from my pliers here and there). Other than remove your chain link, this does it all (and well).The tool can be used in a number of ways. Most often, I are move the handle and use it as a finger wrench (unless I need that extra torque). I’ve also found that if you put the extension into the opposite side of the bit your using, it acts like a longer, straight handle as opposed to the perpendicular handle it comes with. The handle is also hollow (to accommodate the bits) which also allows me to use items around me as a ‘breaker bar’ to achieve better mechanical force.My only complaint are the bits. They are not the highest quality, and I have already damaged the flathead bit. They are also not the ideal mixture of bits for my ideal applications, but luckily they are standard size so I replaced ones I didn’t need (or bent) with stronger counterparts. The ratchet system overall is a bit clumsy as I suspect it's probably built with cheaper ball bearings but for a multi-dimensional tool that's super tiny and can fit in your bike bag, it's an extremely nice, super handy tool to have. I actually just purchased another for my mountain bike (I don't like having to remember to move things from one bike to another so I typically just buy two of everything). I have another Crankbrothers tool that I keep in my bag too but if you're trying to remove or add things quickly (like removing a bottle holder), this is the perfect tool to use. Again, I like it so much I bought another... and if I just felt blah about it, I would have never done that.

Just received this tool and haven’t used it yet. It looks like it’s very well engineered and machined.But, for some reason the only Phillips bit in the magazine in the handle is a size #1. I would have preferred a #2 Phillips instead and maybe give up the 2mm metric hex bit for an additional #3 Phillips.I think I’ll look through my other bit sets and see if I can make my own substitution. Not sure if they’ll fit in this tool’s magazine though.If the included bits meet your needs this is a very nice tool.

Small, lightweight, and works as advertised.It's well thought out and laid out, there is even a small magnet in the lid to attract the internal bit container and stop it from rattling as well as make it easy to retrieve.It's getting 4 stars instead of 5 because personally I'd like a few different bit choices than it has (and it's not clear to me how well the bits will wear over time - I'm used to using hardened drill blanks as my standard). On the whole though, it's an excellent small everything ratchet tool.

This is a great tool to keep handy in the house. The ratcheting capability makes it much easier and faster to tighten/loosen screws and bolts throughout the house. I have a lot of furniture that requires different attachments to tighten the screws and this tool keeps them all organized and in one spot, no need to fish around my toolbox for specific tools each time and it’s compact and takes up no room in a drawer. This is a very functional and great tool to have.

Excellent quality and it has the correct bits to remove the panels on a CanAm. I carry it in the bike in case it's needed.

I love this little tool! I purchased two of them. They have a extension that makes getting into tight places easier. Good quality. Nothing to dislike about the product.

I keep one in the bike bag and one in each of my cars.Perfect for the unexpected "little job" anywhere.
