This yeast works spectacularly well! I have struggled getting a good rise on my baked goods but this yeast proofed in less than one hour. Amazing stuff. My cinnamon rolls were mixed, proofed, rolled and cut, proofed again, and baked in under three hours.

It was not clear this is instant yeast. That should be in the title, or at least in the description. It is very expensive, but since yeast is currently not in stores, I paid the price. The package arrived in good condition, and the product is excellent.

Came on time, works better than any yeast I've tried. Driver took extra care with delivery, putting it inside the screen door during significant windstorm.

I am an otherwise experienced cook who had never made bread. When I used this it was perfect. When I used another kind of yeast (which may have been a little old) it just didn’t work. I feel like bread stays fresher with this yeast.
