A cookbook we actually use!
I have bought several copies of this. For myself and for gifts. I've never enjoyed and used a cookbook so much. My friends are all using it too and comparing and reviewing recipes. It really works and I highly recommend it!

Decent Cookbook
This book has some pretty great recipes for those looking for anti-inflammatory meals. Most of them are quite easy in my opinion, but some of the ingredients can be tricky to find. Overall, happy with the purchase!

Nice recipes not introductory AIP compliant
Nice healthy recipes but not for introductory AIP. Many recipes contain grains, eggs, beans and nightshades.

Perfect book for ideas and information on anti-inflammatory diets for those of us with autoimmune disorders.
