I purchased this to keep at work. I have used it to make breakfast such as omelette in the microwave or oatmeal, used it to heat up soup and other liquids. Works well. The size is big enough so I do not have to worry about the food boiling over. The vented lid helps keep splatter from getting all over the microwave. I microwave omelette in this cup. Very easy to clean cup.

Very convenient for soup in microwave.

I like the product. I use it for my lunch soup. I snap 2 of the locks closed and open the vent and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. That is the perfect time for Campbell's Chunky soups or Progresso soup. Both are close to 19 ounces and they fit in the cup fine. The handle does not get hot. One note - make sure that the vent is open when you are microwaving AND when you are done as well or it will build up pressure as it sits after it is heated. The only con: It stains. Tomato products leave a stain that i cannot remove. I think the heat just bakes it into the plastic. But, I'll keep using it anyway!

I finally wore out my original Systema Bowl only to discover that although its replacement looked the same they had changed the lid attachment design and the new one was in no way leak proof and so my quest began. Half a dozen different "no leak" lunch bowls and messy cleanups later I found this one which not only snapped the lid on securely but actually has a rubber gasket to ensure a good liquid seal no matter how my poor lunch sack gets tilted by my co-workers reaching in for their stuff. My soup mug may be grey but color me a happy camper. (other colors are available but grey was on sale)

I'm giving it five stars only because I got it for free. I purchased this for my son's lunch and he told me his SpaghettiOs were cold by lunch time. So I washed it and was going to send it back but the seller gave me a full refund without me having to return the item. I guess I will just use it while we're at home and I plan on purchasing a thermos for his lunch. The seller was very good working with it seems to be locked tight and sturdy. It holds a full can of anything with more room to spare so I'd say it's great on portion size.

Love the vented lid. Bought this to replace a similar one that was clear & had become sauce-stained & gross looking. Perfect for taking soups or chilies to work.

Fits a full-size can of soup.... No leaking! Easy to pop the vent and heat in the microwave. I use it multiple times a week in the lunches I pack for work.

Using for soup at work. Nice that it can be microwaved, easy to wash. Seal has held perfectly so far.

This product is Greek for soups or even chilli in a durable cup it doesn’t leak in my lunchbox and is the right size for a lunch break

Great for Soups and stews especially when you're on the go I ordered two and they are better than my porcelain ones I do not have to worry about them breaking and good bang for the buck
