KCHEX House Address Sign Plaque Family Name Aluminum

I knew what I was getting with this. That's not to imply anything negative. I just mean I intentionally looked for and received a house number sign that would be flush to the wall of the house, and that' s what it is. My motivation for buying it is not related to its look relative to my house; it was not a decor-inspired buy. It is clear and legible from the sidewalk but my primary goal was for the mail carrier & for deliveries. I placed it above my mailbox and, since it's a functional size, it would be harder to try not seeing it. Your eyes naturally go up and see the house # which I am hopeful will help avoid mistakes in mail delivery & help confirm accurate delivery for other carriers.

The sign is exactly what I wanted and it looks and works great. However, I am perplexed with the customer service. I received a notification that my item shipped and I should contact the shipper for tracking information. When I did, I received a reply stating that tracking info wouldn't be available until the item shipped. I tried explaining twice why I was contacting them. After my 2nd explanation that I was told to by Amazon, they told me they understood and they would let me know when the item shipped and send me tracking info. A few days later, I received an email and a photo of what I had ordered. They told me that tracking info would be sent once the item shipped. Well, I received the sign yesterday, which looks great, but I am still waiting on tracking info and verification that it shipped. If I check the status on Amazon, it says that it shipped but it is running late. Again, the product is awesome but the customer service needs major work.

I have bought several of these address plaques for my home. One is on a stake in the ground and 2 are on lamp pillars. They are very thin and light weight. I have had them for about 2 months and they have held up fine so far. I think they look very nice, and I am impressed so far. I ordered one initially for my home and like them so much, I ordered 2 more. I have also ordered and given many to friends and family as a personalized gift that people appreciate.

Ordered from seller “ Prima Causa” who had great communication skills. He sent draft photos of the signs for approval before they were shipped. Loved the four address signs so much ordered an additional two more. The signs were absolutely perfect! Printed perfectly, zero scratches, individually sealed. Stuck them on our properties wall with double sided outdoor Scotch Tape that supports 20lbs even though these signs were very lightweight. Love how bold and easy it now is to find our address. Thanks again! Love them!!

Even better quality than I expected.I recently moved within the same apartment complex and, even though I've changed my address, deliveries kept showing up outside my old door. I ordered one of these with my last name, (new) apartment number and street address and the sign arrived exactly as i specified. Made from thin but non bendy metal; it looks great and I'll be proud to display it outside my new home. Delivery drivers (and friends!) should have no trouble seeing where I live now.It showed up quicker than I'd expected as well... 5 working days. Highly recommended.

It's thin metal but the background color and the numbers of the street address are printed very nicely. It's bright, clear, and easy to read from the street. I was even able to customize my address sign to have a burgundy background color, even though burgundy isn't one of the colors shown in the item sample images. It didn't come with mounting tape, but I used some Gorilla double-sided tape to mount it on my brick wall and it looks great.

This is so cute! Put it up so during the holidays when we have new drivers I can get my Amazon packages 😜 Rural town must have!
