Rothco Boot Laces (3 Pack)

If you ever had the standard issue black Army boots these are the laces. Color is a true black. They are a little stiff out of the package but that’s expected. These are a high quality lace that can easily last a few years with normal use. They typically last me about two years doing heavy construction and first response.

They match AR 670-1 coyote boots. They are plenty long enough. Seem quality.

Replaced an issue set of boot laces with these as the issue laces had some slippery nylon coating and kept coming untied or loosening, despite being double knotted and tucked into boots. These did have a bit of a break-in period: at first, they were a challenge to tie (thin diameter, and kept gouging hands on existing cuts, exactly where you would torque the laces to really get boots tight and cinched in). After a few weeks, this dissipated. These do not come untied (from a double knot, tucked into boots). They are still not GI issue-- not that I ever had, anyway -- but work well. Colour (jet black in my case) holds well over exposure to chemicals, and they match black boots well. My boots have hooks for the last three, top-most points of contact before knotting. No observable wear or fraying after several months of daily use. Although not a fan of thin diameter, work as designed, stay tied, and I don't have to be thinking about my laces during the work day and if my boots are coming untied. Would get again.

I like these laces, they were the right boot length, spot on with the color and they are very strong. The price was low, and I got them right away. I would recommend these boot laces to anyone.

Very sturdy and matches my boots.

Comfortable, yet a big boot! Light easy to work in, they will not hold up with water and they burn very easily with grind sparks. Then again I’m not quite sure they are made for trade work at all.

I bought a pair of 5.11 combat boots about 2 years ago. They are the FDE color. Love the boots BUT, the original laces that came with them would constantly come untucked and untied. I bought these as a replacement. I've had these for two months and they have not come untucked or untied. A little thinner, in my opinion is a good thing. They durable, look good and also look professional.
