This couch is heavy, well made and the seat is a soft but firm foam so it’s not bouncy. It comes with legs, which I intentionally left off because I have babies in my daycare and thought it would be too high for them. The only complaint that I have it they sent it via USPS. The box is 4’x3’ and pretty heavy so they couldn’t get it in their truck to deliver it. I spent Two days trying to track it down then had to make a trip up to the post office to get it. Very inconvenient. Not sure why they didn’t ship it via UPS or FedEx.

Absolutely love this couch! Kids love it! Placed it in classroom bit we got it reupholstered because manufacturer discontinued orange color.

This child's sofa is adorable. I ordered it for my grandchildren ages 2 and 6. The six year old is small for her age. They both love it. The first one that I ordered arrived with a cut on the side of the left arm rest. I contacted Brand New World and spoke with Tamela Emera in Customer Service. I texted her two pictures of the cut. She emailed me a "Destruction Letter" (also used as a Hold Harmless Letter) to sign and return to her. She told me to discard or destroy the damaged sofa and that they were sending me a replacement due to the children's safety. They did send me a replacement and it was perfect. Tamela Emera was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this company and this well-made adorable child's sofa.

The chair arrived with a scratch/tear at the corner by the seam, but over all adorable and great in the preK classroom

Awesome for preschool age children just the right height. To average size children can fit at a time three smaller is a little tight but doable

This product was damaged. Returning it is a pain.
