Clear beads and that’s that. Love it!! Using these to decorate some of my more viney plants and the overall look is super cute. There are a ton of them so it’s been fun to decorate as my plants grow. If you need clear beads like this, these are what you’re looking for

I got these for my son's 5th grade STEM club. They had to push rubber bands through a couple of beads, and attach a chop stick to one end, string two big rubber bands (tied together) through two paper cups with lids (duct taped together) and using paper clips and metal washers, make a stored energy wheel with a rubber band being the axis.The pony beads put together and set against a washer allowed the chop stick to spin quickly when it was released after the rubber band was twirled to have stored kinetic energy, thus making mechanical energy when released.1000 beads is overkill for what we personally needed, but I am a busy working mom and I just ordered a bag off Amazon. I didn't have time to drive to Michael's to buy a tiny bag of them.The colors look exactly like this picture. For what I was buying them for, color didn't matter, but I know it's important to crafters.I gave the extra bag of beads to the STEM club teacher. She has a big cabinet full of random supplies for all these crazy "science fair" type experiments and things they build.If you're using them for crafts, they would be perfect for that too! The kids in the STEM club pushed rubber bands through the center of these beads and that was a little tricky, but using string, yarn or other "necklace or bracelet" bands or whatever would be much easier. I can see these being useful for decorating pipe cleaner crafts too.

I am a kindergarten educator and purchased these to make Mathematics resources for my class and department. I use the beads strung on elastic attached to laminated boards (my own creation) to teach number bonds. It serves my purpose perfectly. The bulk pack is cost-effective for my needs. The ease with which the beads slide along the elastic really helps the students to understand the concepts as I teach. Their little fingers are able to easily manipulate the beads as the holes are large enought. I will continue to purchase these every year for all my classes and department. Some had one end where the plastic was coated over the hole and couldn't be used for making bracelets.

I use these to teach beading patterns for a craft class in a local charity, and they're big enough so that people can see how to create the pattern, and use them easily. Can see where these would be good in other crafts (like holiday crafts) as they are pretty, clear colors with good color consistency.

I go through a lot of beads for crafting. Although these beads many not be of the highest quality, the hold up well, and this is the brand I prefer to buy. I have ordered the same brand, size, and color and on a few occasions the beads have been different shades, and o a few times different textures. What i have found ia that Darice is made in the USA as well as China, and on these occacions that has been the difference. Like all mass produced items, you will have some beads without a hole, not cut correctly, with a jagged edge or two, and some may even be broken. All mass produce products have this potential. For the price these pony beads are the best i have come across. I have no complaints. They hold up well, are glossy, and the color is pretty true to picture. I would recommend these beads to anyone. Great value.

Good quality beads, easy to use, they glow in the dark as advertised. there are some small pieces of extra plastic on all the beads that have to be cut off. The pieces are sharp and will hurt our parrots who not only play with the toys we make with their feet but their beaks and tongues also.

They do the job. I use a very small crochet hook. I put the bead on the end of the hook and then catch the loop and pull it through. They will come off in the wash so if you have enough length to tie a knot, it will help you.

I bought these to put onto fabric face mask loops --homemade or bought. It allows us to tighten them around our ears, to the right length for anyone in the house. We made a loop out of a piece of wire, put the wire loop through the fabric loop, and pull it through the bead.

Good, sterdy beads.Some of them have been formed and not sanded off the excess, so it's difficult to out a string through..... But there's so many beads, that it's not an issue.

Beads came in reasonable time. They are of lower end quality (not very smooth and many required trimming). The content was significantly less than 1000 beads in each bag I received (I had it calculated for the project and ran short by a significant amount over the 6 bags that I ordered and had to place a rush order for more to match the red bead count). I am building kits for Christmas crafts for children next Christmas so I had to keep the cost low. Will have to order more bags as soon as my funds replenish so that I can complete the kits. ho hum.
