If you’re buying for the blade, don’t
The basket itself is a great size for a medium round loaf. It’s shredding a little after washing. Mostly disappointed in the blade. It barely cuts and started rusting after first use.

This is the perfect size basket for making sourdough bread
Great basket. The weave at the top of the banneton had a crack when I received it, but it didn't affect the forming the bread. Love the size.
