Replacement Audio Cable Cord Wire with in line Microphone and Control for Beats by Dr Dre Headphones Solo Studio Pro Detox Wireless Mixr Executive Pill (Black Red)

I've been using my Beats earbuds while working from home so that I can block out household noise all day but my ears have started to hurt from wearing earbuds 8+ hours a day. My mom offered me her Beats Solo but the cord was broken. I was hesitant to order a replacement cord since it's not Beats brand and I wasn't sure if it would actually work. I got overnight shipping and tried it out as soon as it was delivered. It works perfectly! Plugs in well to the headphones, very secure and no wobbling or risk of it falling out. Sound quality is great with no cutting out, even while I'm moving/the cord is moving. I don't have a comparison of sound quality with the original cord but it's just as good as my earbuds if not better. The sound control and pause/play works and there's no delay from when I press the buttons. The only downside is that the sound control is very high up on the cord so it feels like an awkward spot to reach for, but that might just be because I'm used to my earbuds. Overall, would highly recommend if you're needing a replacement cord!

what did i expect? it does the job if you need a replacement cord, microphone is terrible. picks up nothing. started falling apart immediately. tiny little sticker "b" logo over the L connector fell off, cord already starting to come loose.

The media could not be loaded. The sound sounds good. However, when recording video tutorials huge buzzing sound.I have three pairs of Beats headphones. Solo 2 and recently I have the new one Solo 3 and today I will be getting the Studio 3's.When I purchased the wire, it was for my Solo 2, I can hear music and movies perfectly using my Windows computer and Android phone. However, the problem is that the buttons on the wire do not work. When I press the volume button to go up, down, or mute the sound, it does not do anything.I have encountered several times. When connected to my PC (Windows 10 or 11) via the 3.5 mm wire, I hear buzzing sounds all the time. When I borrowed the original wire from my daughter's old Solo 2 and new Studio 3's, the buzzing sound was not detected. Something is going on with these wires.I tried adding the

This replacement cord was very similar to the original beats sound. I like the deep bass sound of my beats headphones and it definitely maintained this spectrum of sound. The wear and tear on this cord isn't quite as durable as the originals but for the price, I think it's a pretty good buy.

I think it's a well built cable. The color is great. The length was exactly what was looking for. It does have the mic and it overall looked well and well for the price. However, it did not work. The sound quality is muffled and like you can barely hear. Idk what the issue is. I didn't bother returning it because I am hoping it's incompatible with my headset and will work with something else because the quality of the cord is so nice. I don't know what it's not working. Anyway ...a wasted $12 and I think you should only get it if you're using beats headphones. I was getting it for my oneodio dj/studio headphones.

I guess you get what you pay for- these were affordable, and i was looking for something with an at least okay mic quality, and this had that, but sadly these lasted less than a year of daily use before breaking due to cord at the base of the straight plug closest to the headphones just wearing out. I used these mostly at my desk, so there shouldn't have been that much wear and tear on it, and i put some tape on that end to keep the cord together, but it didn't last longer than a month after that. I might pick these up again if i'm on a budget, but overall these are only okay for what i need them for.
