Pieces came thrown in a mailer bag, the diagram for the wall wadded up within it. Some of the pieces cracked. When I complained & asked for a refund seller never responded. Absolute junk. When I tried to put together it looked nothing like the photo shows - very cheap and does not adhere well at all.
